Scrapbook includes programs from various events and concerts on campus, dance cards (including Conversazione), dinners and banquets, newspaper clippings, songs and yells (some written by C. Petch), Students Cosmopolitan Club constitution and by-laws, mock parliament (1911), poems, "OAC Review" articles, OAC men who enlisted in the war, 45th anniversary reunion report, identified b&w photo (undated) possibly of reunion. Also includes a brief biography and 2 later photographs (photocopies) of C. Petch.

Charles Petch received a B.Sc. in entomology at OAC in 1912. He was the first officer in charge of economic insect control for the Federal Government in Quebec.
